During his 23 years as an attorney in Las Vegas, Paul has successfully
represented an array of clientele. He handles contracts and lawsuits
between owners, sellers, small business owners, buyers, landlords, tenants,
borrowers and lenders. Paul also represents homeowners, owners and
associations in disputes between owners, boards and property management
in commercial and residential condominium, townhome and home owners
associations (known as “HOA” law). He is well versed in commercial real
estate lending, including negotiating and documenting loans, foreclosures,
REO, receiverships, workouts, title matters and title insurance, forbearance
agreements, repossession and resale of properties.
Paul’s experience also includes corporate and limited liability company
(LLC) formation, insurance defense and personal injury law, bankruptcy
chapters 7, 11 and13, and misdemeanor criminal law involving traffic
tickets and DUI. He is an Arbitrator with the Court supervised Clark
County Eighth Judicial District Court Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
program. He volunteers on pro bono legal matters and further benefits the
community in volunteer and fund raising programs through the Summerlin
Lions Club. Paul devotes his utmost and personal attention, effort and
professional service to helping each client.
