Loan Modifications typically involve a forebearance of the principal balance, reduction of interest rate or an three
may result. A lender may be willing to modify a loan because the cost of doing so is less than the cost of Default or
Foreclosure. However, most lenders are only offering loan modifications when a homeowner(s) qualifies for either
